+ Accepted abstracts will only be included in the final programme if the presenter has completed and paid their registration for the EPOS 2024 congress before August 20, 2024.
+ If selected for an Oral or Rapid-fire communication, you will have to upload your presentation slides on this platform before the congress between the 1st and the 10th of September,

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Format of your abstract:+ Title: 160 characters maximum, including spaces.
+ Body: 2 500 characters maximum, including spaces.
+ Up to two references.
+ No figure, no table.
Your abstract should include the following parts:
+ Introduction
+ Material and methods
+ Results
+ Discussion
You'll have to choose your preferred type of presentation with the following options
+ Oral communication (“free paper”): 6 minutes presentation followed by 4 minutes Q&A.
+ Rapid-fire presentation + poster: 3 minutes presentation followed by 3 minutes Q&A, and also displayed as posters.

Travel Grant for Young Researchers
To support young researchers in attending EPOS annual congress and contributing valuable work in paediatric ophthalmology, the organization provides a Travel grant to a limited number of participants.
Conditions
+ Be younger than 35 on September 14, 2024
+ Be the first author of a submitted and accepted abstract
+ Present in person at the Annual Meeting
+ Upload a CV before May 10 on the EPOS conference management platform
