The Registration EARLY BIRD RATES below are only proposed until 9 June 2024.
All Registrations and Payments are to be made exclusively ONLINE.
⚠️Registrations MUST BE PAID before the corresponding rate availability period ends. They will be automatically adjusted to the new applicable rate without further notice otherwise.
(1) Student rate is available for Medical students, PhD-students and clinicians in training during the 2024-2025 academic year, and candidates for the EBO subspeciality exam in strabismus and paediatric ophthalmology 2024. If you register as a student, please upload the proof of your current status (2023-2024 academic year) on the conference management platform (this can be a student card, a registration certificate, or a letter from your supervisor or head of department), Be ready also to present an updated (2024-2025 academic year) proof of status when registering on-site.
(2) Orthoptist & Other Vision Specialists.
(3) Please provide your membership number when creating your account on our conference management platform. The membership will be verified; if you are not a member, we will have to change your registration fee to the one applying to your status.

Cancellation Policy
Unpaid registrations will be cancelled at the end of the rate availability period and automatically transferred to the new applicable rate without further notice.
Cancellation requests will be accepted until 12 July 2024; a €50 cancellation fee will be retained, and the difference will be refunded to the card used for your initial payment.

Social Programme
The Social Programme includes
1. The Welcome Reception on Thursday, 12 September, from 18:00 to 20:00. This reception is included in all delegate registration fees.
2. The seated Gala Dinner on Friday, 13 September, from 19:00 to 23:00, which must be booked separately.
These events can be booked only if you previously registered for the congress.
In that case, you are allowed to book additional seats for your accompanying guests.
Because of the limited number of seats available, non-paid bookings will automatically be deleted on an (almost) daily basis.
